We are a financial services provider in Hong Kong licensed to carry out Type 1 (Dealing in securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), Type 6 (Advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Our Group is licensed to provide

．securities placing and underwriting services by acting as an underwriter, sub-underwriter, placing agent or sub-placing agent in fundraising activities conducted for companies listed or to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The types of major fundraising activities in which we participated in include initial public offerings (IPOs), placements of listed and unlisted securities (including, among others, shares, warrants, debt, etc.), and issue of shares by way of right issues or open offer.
